A developing story

New Heights District begins its overhaul.

Last month I had a gig shooting for my long time contact and friend Anita Bailey. It was a groundbreaking and socially distanced networking event at New Heights District near downtown Nashville. My Client, The Mainland Companies, LLC is a real estate development firm with offices in Nashville, Tennessee and Portland, Oregon. Mainland's principals have developed or managed more than $2.9 billion in assets, equity and loans, and have overseen more than 35 million square feet of commercial and multifamily space. The Groundbreaking was for New Heights 915, a Class A, 31,000-square foot office building that will be occupied by Serendipity Labs. The two story building will offer an elevated workplace experience with Hugh end finishes, private office and team rooms, etc...The lab will be available for after hours business meetings. This is just the first building that will be completed next spring. There are many more structures planned for the New Heights District. One existing retail partner that participated in the festivities, New Heights Brewery will help to anchor the developing commercial and retail neighborhood. (photos ©2021 toddstringer)
